How To Delete Your Data From EngageGeni
Step 1 Disconnect your social media accounts from EngageGeni. Login to your account on https://app.engagegeni.us From the menu, select "Platforms", this will load the list of social media accounts you have connected to EngageGeni. Click the "Disconnect" button for each one. If you do not see anything on the list, it means you have no connected social media account. Step 2 Request Account Deletion Send an email to support " privacy@engagegeni.us " Email MUST come from the registered email address we have on file. Subject of the email MUST be " Account Deletion Request " Body of the content should be your email address ONLY. Data deletion will be completed within 3 to 5 working days. Important Notice Account deletion is final. If you have an existing subscription, we will not be able to refund the payment Account restoration is not possible.
